- Creating and managing a database of volunteer members active in health and medical tourism.
- Establishing cooperation agreements with hospitals and medical centers to provide services for health tourists.
- Facilitating the membership of ITOA members in specialized health tourism platforms.
- Conducting field visits to medical centers interested in collaborating with the association and organizing expert meetings with professionals in the field.
- Coordinating member participation in national and international health tourism exhibitions and events.
- Organizing and planning pilgrimage tours tailored to the needs of international tourists.
- Collaborating with religious centers and relevant authorities to facilitate services for pilgrims.
- Assisting in the design of pilgrimage-cultural travel packages, respecting cultural and religious differences, in consultation with members.
- Developing marketing strategies to promote Iran in target markets from the perspective of the Iranian Inbound Tour Operators Association and presenting them to relevant authorities.
- Facilitating the use of modern advertising tools and digital marketing to attract tourists.
- Monitoring global markets and identifying opportunities for inbound tour development to share with members.
- Designing and organizing specialized courses and workshops to enhance the capabilities of travel agencies.
- Providing training in marketing skills, tour management, customer service, and content creation.
- Developing educational resources and professional guidelines for tourism offices.
- Monitoring the quality of accommodation, transportation, catering, and other travel-related services; collecting members’ feedback and submitting suggestions to relevant authorities.
- Facilitating coordination between travel agencies and reliable service providers.
- Signing cooperation agreements with hotels, lodging centers, and transportation companies.
- Creating a database of centers and companies offering standard tourism services.
- Member Support & Arbitration Committee – Providing support to members and mediating internal disputes.
